Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Hookly account and its associated data directly from the app. Follow the instructions below.
How to delete your account
- Open Hookly App.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
What data is deleted?
When you confirm deletion, Hookly deletes your account from its user database and revokes its API authentication tokens. Associated generated content and subscription records are deleted through the database's configured deletion relationships.
The app also clears locally stored saved content, history, usage counters, and login information from the device.
Can I recover my account?
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. You may need to create a new account to use Hookly again.
